That little pond in the picture is where the sink was never hooked up to the plumbing waste piping. Believe it or not this eleven year old manufactured home was draining water meant for the septic tank under the house. In the photo below you can see part of the black drain pipe. Sometimes curing moisture problems in the crawlspace is as simple as hooking up the plumbing!
