Leak under Tub

Here's an example of why it pays to do a home inspection. On this North Charleston home I detected a small  leak under the bath tub.  Even though this home is fairly new a small leak was slowly deteriorating the the sub floor.  Fixing it now will save you thousands later.  The inspection fee is only a fraction of what a contractor would charge to fix a rotted floor!
